19|1: 19 questions in 1 minute is our blog series in which we interview Impexium staff members. This week's guest is Gabe Thomas, Training Coordinator.
I am the Training Coordinator. I work with new clients and train them on the Applications that they will be using in Impexium.
How far wide-reaching associations are and the impact they have on their members. Right now I’m working on a couple different projects:
Prior to coming to Impexium, I was a teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools for the last 4 years. The most valuable attribute I gained from teaching is patience. I think patience can help with a variety of day to day activities in both our social and professional lives.
My wife Erin, most talented person I know.
The Shining—I am a big Stephen King Fan. Being aware of your surroundings and interactions with others is important.
Last Chance U. I love football, so any show that dives into that genre will usually get a look from myself.
Some warm beach with white sand.
First Live Concert = Rascal Flatts
Last Live Concert = Legwarmers (80s cover band)
Boy Meets World
Physical activity outside (Working out, hiking, etc.)
I wouldn’t even know where to start with that one.
New language.
Fly, easier to navigate traffic.
I’d like to go back to the 90s. The internet was booming, and things seemed pretty awesome.
Not a snack but the Coffee machine is the best.
Getting better every day. I think it is important to establish goals and to meet those goals dependent on your parameters.
Coaching football.
The people. Working here is amazing because you get to interact with others who all have a common goal. When I walk into the office, I feel confident in knowing that each team member is doing their best to help our clients be successful.
